My Favorite video game

There are many great video games that I have played in my life some better than others. The one i'll tell you about is my all time favorite. The Halo Series. Halo is an ever expansive game where you play as a Spartan a technologically advanced super soldier. The time is two thousand hundred and twenty years into the future.

The plot is that a group of alien species are trying to make humanity extinct for trespassing into their areas of the universe. Though the humans are making their way through space to avoid an all consuming disease known as the flood. Little do the Covenant( The aliens against the humans) know that the flood can consume them as well. With many battles friendships are made and lost in an effort to destroy the flood. As mortal  enemies combine forces to destroy there one common enemy the flood in the end the flood is destroyed. And life pushes on then eight years later, the Covenant broke their peace treaty with the humans. This then started up the new conflict between them, when this happened a new foe arose known as Didact a member of a thought to be extinct race called the Fore Runners.

The covenant look to him as a god and side with him to extinguish the humans once sand for all. They didn
't count on the one and only Master Chief  the only survivor of the siege of planet Reach. He is known as the best of the best.  Finally, Chief kills Didact putting the Covenant into hiding leading the pursuit for human supremacy over the universe. And that is Halo. This was the fist video game I had ever played and will always hold a spot in my heart as the one of the best games ever to be conceived.

Whats Hot

The new thing that is hot when it comes to 
rc is helicopters with a lot of blades. Some of these helicopters can hold a lot of weight and that is why people want then. A lot of people that get then put big cameras on then and film things from the sky. Some people make a living by getting good shots with the copters and filming things from a bird's eye view.











People are also making copters smaller and faster. This copter is my favorite. It is small and good for flying indoors and it is fast. It is a lot of fun to race from one side of my house to the other with this one. It is also durable as long as you shut off the motors before you crash into something.

Skeet & Trap

 Everyone that bird hunts has done skeet or at least trap shooting.  Skeet shooting is where the clay pigeons are launched from one side and fly across which is harder and is good practice for duck hunting.  Trap shooting is when the clays are launched straight out and is what most people do because it is easier.  Most people just shoot a few clays at their hunting camp or when they are done hunting.  When I go hunting we don't usually get very many birds so I always look forward to shooting clay pigeons.  You can spend hundreds of dollars on clay pigeon throwers but all you really need is a pump shotgun and a handheld clay pigeon thrower.

     Here are a few tips to be a better shot.  First you should have a gun that fits you.  If your gun is to big you won't be able to get it up fast enough but if it is too small you won't be able to follow through and you will stop when you shoot.  Next you want to have the right choke (improved or no choke for skeet and modified or full for trap).  You stand in front of the thrower and say pull when you are ready.  Your feet should be pointing 90 degrees from where you will be shooting.  You should keep both eyes open when you shoot because it  is instinctive shooting and you are guaranteed to hit more clays.  If you are shooting skeet you should lead the clay and after you shoot keep following the pieces or just pretend you missed and it is still going.
